Our mesh decks is customised to meet the needs of each individual project. Not all pallets are the same and one size does not fit all. Loading points can vary greatly across a mesh deck and it is important than the loads are fully supported. For example, some decks of 1000kg loading need the pallet to be supported across the beams, But what happens if the pallet is between the beams or on only one beam, the loading is greatly reduced and risk factor of collapse increased. 

We offer you exactly what you need –  load capacity to the kilogram and beam size exactly. 

A load capacity label is clearly attached to every shelf along with a CE label – safety is paramount and not compromised.

For peace of mind the manufacturing process is certified according to EN 1090-1. CE-marked. The strength is calculated according to ANSI MH26.2-2017. Each mesh deck is marked with a unique id (loading capacity and CE-marking).
