The client had sublet a warehouse to another warehouseing company and wanted to creat a secure yet accessible zone between the two companies.

The solution was to remove a bay from the existing pallet racking and infill with a mesh double door that was the same width as the bay'

In this scenario a 2700mm bay was infilled with a double door exactly 2700mm wide and 2700mm high. The doors are mounted on heavy duty double posts for added stength as there is no goal post, so forklifts can travel  between the two areas without the forklift mast hitting the doors. All doors come with floor shoot bolt so individual doors can be opened.  Wheels have been fitted to each door to support the heavy duty doors and secured with a lock and key lock.  All mesh panels were upgraded to 20 x 100mm mesh to increase security and create a more pleasant modern look.
