A company in Accrington  wanted to demarcate areas in its factory production space to safeguard staff, control access and to allow for forklift access when required.

Solution: Simple mesh partition 2200mm high with double gates. Standard galvanized 50 x 50 mesh panels were used with robust 60mm strong posts.

The client choose to build the mesh layout themselves and were pleased how easy it went up.  The partition system uses simple screw-in 8mm dome head machine screws to attach panels to post.

Strong posts are fitted with pre-threaded fixings that line up with panel,s making securing easy to install with no speacial tools and drill driver. The strong posts floor fixing holes are slot-shaped that allow last-minute alignment. Floor bolts and levelling shims are supplied with posts free of charge. One of the main benefits that the client liked about the partitioning was the ability for panels to be tailor made,  supplied to the correct size, so no unnecessary measuring for cutting was needed. Cutdown kits are available if needed for those awkward areas or last-minute trimming on-site where it is difficult to measure. The doors were fitted with padlock fixing but other key and electronic locks are avalible.

The mesh partition was delivered safely in wrap protected pallets that the client offloaded and installed in phases to work around their production layout.
