Traditional methods of pallet racking repair require racks to be off loaded of pallets, new components ordered and delivered. To be met and installed by a a team of men with a scissor lift to undertake the repair. The area is frequently cordoned off and normal warehouse work is disrupted until the end of repair and pallets are then relocated in racks. A maximum of 8 uprights repairs is common aday.

With The ROS Repair System.  A team of two qualified engineer arrive on site with a mobile repair trolley. No new materails are required as it repairs and not replaces damaged uprights. The racks are repaired fully loaded and only the bottom pallets are removed to allow access to uprights and act as a saftey barrier for engineers. The hydralic repair is applied and the finished upright is fully garenteeded and conform to DEKRA regulations and insured by Lloyds of London.  The average repair takes in 20-30 minutes and 20-25 repairs are common per day.
