Mesh doors supplied for existing racking offer a lockable & secure area for pallets and  goods that safeguard against non authorized picking. Resulting in better stock control and less shrinkage.

How to get a quote? 

Our solution is to ask client to identify the racking that needs the protection, and to help them we ask the warehouse mananger to send us vital sizing information as outlined on our quick quote downloadable form. 

This form asks basic questions such height of rack, width of upright, clear entry of beam, frame depth, pitch of upright etc. 

Please include a photo or sketch as this always helps us understand your needs more clearly, and spot if any other considerations need to taken into account.

For example:

1. Are cut-outs needed for upright protectors ?  
2. What colour is needed ? Our standard colour is RAL 7035 light grey,  but other colours are available at little extra cost.
3. Are side frame and backs needed ?  
4. What mesh size do you require ? The standard mesh sizes are 50 x 50 and 25 x 25mm.
5. Do pallets overhang the beam much? So we can offer size of offset of hinges to upright face, 30mm to 50mm is standard but 100mm is also available if goods overhang pallets.
6. What type of lock do you require ? Padlock locking or key? 
7. Are slide bolts need for locking into floor ?

Once this information is known we will send you a quote and drawing.

If accepted we will send a manufacturing drawing for sign-off and if correct, (checked by the customer) we will make to this.  It is of utmost importance to double-check the drawing. Responsibilty of sizing information is with the customer

We do offer site surveys,  but these incur a small charge.

Delivery is generally 4-6 weeks from sign-off,  and subject to production demand on factory.

Delivery is made to customer on a multi-drop pallet courier and we assume client has a forklift to off load, unless informed otherwise.

On reciving goods please check goods for any damage immedaitely as we can claim against transport company for replaceament and repair
