A  veterinary group needed to create two bays for quarantine areas.

The solution was to fit standard 1600 high x 2700mm mesh door sets that bolted directly to their existing rack uprights. The doors are designed not to encroach into bay area, and pallets are stored as normal.

The existing beams were lowered to better suit the door size and form a stop at the top of gates. 

All doors are fitted with double haspes to accept client's own padlock.

To secure sides,, standard mesh panels 1500 high x 1000mm wide were fixed to side frames to deter access from back and sides.

The client had the gates and mesh panels deliverd first, and installation was completed the next day.

There are solutions to secure pallet racking bays for pallets and long span shelving for manually handled items.

For pallet racking there are standard double doors sets that suit 2700mm standard beams. These beams are commonly used for storaing 2 Qty 1200 x 1000mm pallets and 3 Qty, 1200 x 800mm pallets per beam.

Two heights of gates area available 1100 and 1600mm for differeing pallet heights. A selection of mesh frames are availble and the correct size is then fixed to side frames to secure the bays.

In addition beam levels can be clad in mesh or timber decks to increase bay protection and flexibility to cater for a different size pallets and store unpalletized loose items.
