Nets are available in 3 systems, each designed to provide the most appropriate solution to prevent the hazard of objects/pallets falling from heights. Offering bespoke solutions to back of rack protection without imposing unacceptable horizontal loads on pallet racking structures. The most appropriate solution can be selected after a risk assessment.

Scenario 1)

RackNets 2.3   Used for pallets (up to 50kg in weight) to contain stock falling from APR (adjustable pallet racking)

Scenario 2)

RackNets 3.0    Used for pallets (up to 1000kg in weight) to contain stock falling from APR.

Scenario 3)

RackNets 5.0   Used for pallets (up to 1000kg in weight plus enhanced strength ) to contain stock falling from APR.

Scenario 4)

In-Flue Netting is designed for the centre of the rack to prevent product or pallets from being pushed through from one aisle into an adjacent aisle.

RackNets benefit over traditional metal mesh is that the flexibility of the fabric mesh catches the falling product better. Also, when the product has been retrieved the mesh reverts to original shape and not replaced as with damaged metal mesh panels. 

For example in the food industry, racknets help to prevent loss of product. Nets tend to catch loose boxes and prevents them from crashing down on the floor. Food is prevented from splitting and spilling, breaking packaging and preventing waste food spills that can only be sweep up and thrown away.
